The recipe of the day is sweet and sour baby radish salad, it is a side dish. It is inspired by the Korean’s pickled radish salad. When we order the Korean takeout they always give us some small side dishes which I really enjoy. After having the meat and fried chicken I usually like to have the side dishes. I really like dykon(radish), cucumber salad, bean sprout salad, kimchee etc. For me, they are just as good as the main dishes. Because of that today I want to show you how to make the radish and cucumber salad, my style!

📜Recipe:Sweet and Sour Baby Radish Salad(Side Dish)
Baby Radishes: 10 (Washed & Dried)
Small Cucumber:1 ( Washed & Dried)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar: 2 and 1/2 teaspoons
Vinegar: 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
1 . Slice the baby radishes and cucumber and put them in a bowl.
2 . Add salt to the bowl and massage well. Let that sit for about 20 minutes.
3 . Squeeze the liquid out of the radishes and cucumber. Place the radishes and cucumber into another bowl and add sugar and vinegar. Mix well and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours/overnight or serve it right away.
