☆Totoro Bento ☆ & Lunchbox Ideas

✳Totoro rice ball
✳Beef meatballs
✳Oatmeal muffins
✳Lightly boiled broccoli & carrot
✳Tangerine&blueberry fruit salad🌟
🍢Ingredients:
Tangerine: 1 (peeled)
Blueberries: 3/4 cup (washed)
🍶Dressing:
Pure maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
Vinegar/apple cider vinegar: 1 teaspoon
👉Method: Peel the tangerine and wash the blueberries and place them in a bowl.  Add the dressing in a little cup and mix well. Pour it over the fruit and use a fork to stir until the fruit is totally coated in dressing.

Hello friends! I made a Totoro rice ball for this week’s lunchbox idea. I used beef meatballs for the Soot Sprites and used Greek yogurt to glue on the cheese and nori eyes. I used broccoli for the background and cheese and carrot flowers for the decorations.
I added maple syrup dressing to the fruit salad. I just wanted to change it up a bit. If you want to try it, the recipe is shown above. You can use any fruit your kids enjoy. I also baked some oatmeal muffins for the kids and the picky eater of the family approved it!😲. Yay! Maybe I will update the recipe later, although I don’t really remember exactly what I put in those approved muffins!🤣

Totoro:
The body & ears: plain rice + ground black sesame seed powder
The tummy: plain rice
The hair on the tummy: nori
The eye: cheese + nori
The whiskers: black bean pasta
“Glue”: Greek yogurt (for gluing the eyes)
Attachment for the ears and the body: dry pasta
The Soot Sprites: beef meatballs + cheese + nori + Greek yogurt (for gluing the eyes)
The background: broccoli
The flowers: carrot + cheese

Tweezers, emoji punchers, baking tools,small circle cutter, chopsticks, Seran wrap, fork, bowl etc.
