RECIPE:Red Cabbage Salad (2 -3 servings)


Ingredients:
Red cabbage: about 3 cups (Finely chopped)
Green apple : 1 ( Diced)
Small cucumber: 1 (Diced)
Extra virgin olive oil: 2 TBSP
Apple cider vinegar: 1 TSP
Salt to taste

Directions:
Place the finely chopped cabbage into a large bowl. Then add the diced apple and cucumber. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and apple vinegar and salt.
Combine until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
