Maple syrup (4 TBSP)
Coconut palm sugar (1 TBSP)
Soy sauce ( 1/4 TSP )
Water (1 TSP)
Seaweed paper( 3 – 4 sheets )
Filling:Roasted sesame seeds ( 2 or 3 TBSP)
*Or your favorite fillings like hemp hearts, black sesame seeds, finely chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds etc.
1️⃣ Add maple syrup, coconut palm sugar, soy sauce and water to a bowl.
2️⃣ Mix well, and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.
3️⃣Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put the seaweed sheets on a non-stick baking pan.
4️⃣ Take the maple syrup mixture out of the microwave when is done and spread it on the seaweed paper right away.
5️⃣ Sprinkle sesame seeds on the seaweed paper and maple syrup mixture. (Don’t put too much)
6️⃣ Fold it half and press it FIRMLY. Continue the remaining ingredients.
7️⃣ Put them in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 F. When is done, cut them into strip pieces.
8️⃣ Store them in a Ziploc bag or airtight container.
