Hello friends! Today I want to introduce you to a new snack!. My daughter loves seaweed, so I made her this new crispy seaweed snack with sesame seeds. You can also put hemp hearts, other seeds or nuts. You just need to chop them finely. Try not to add put much seeds or nuts when you make the snack as the seaweed paper won’t stick together very well if there are too many seed.  Seaweed is an excellent source of iodine, which supports our thyroid function and helps getting rid of toxic substances. You can put seasweed in soup, in rice or a salad. Iodine in seaweed will boost your child’s
brain development.  Seaweed also contains other vitamins and minerals, like vitamins C , E ,K, B complex, magnesium, folate, and calcium… It is great for our growing little ones. I hope you and your little ones like this recipe. Take care and have a wonderful day!😊
