Hello, friends. I made this pan fried chicken with bell peppers for dinner a couple days ago, it was a hit. My husband even ate all the peppers and he said the chicken was flavorful. I didn’t marinate it overnight because I wasn’t sure what to cook, but I am sure it would have even more flavor if I did marinate it overnight! It will also save you some time if you marinate it overnight.  Yes, cooking is a struggle every day,  I am really running out of ideas… If you want to try the recipe, see below ⬇️

RECIPE :Pan Fried Chicken With Bell Peppers

Ingredients: (A)
2 large chicken breasts (Stripped)
2 Bell peppers (Bite sizes)
1 Garlic (Minced)
1 – 2 Tsp Gluten free oyster sauce

1/2 Lemon juice
1/2 Tsp Soy sauce
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Corn starch
1 Cup water

1.Cut chicken breasts into strips and put them in a bowl.

2.Add all the seasonings (B) in the bow with chicken.

3. Mix well.

4.Add about one cup of water to just cover the chicken.

5.Mixed well again, cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight or 2 or 3 hours (At least 20 minutes)

6. Wash and break the bell peppers into bite sizes pieces.

7. Minced the garlic.

8.Add oil (About 2 teaspoons) to the pan heated to medium high heat.

9.Add the chicken strips and cook about 1 minute both sides or until the color turns white.

10.Add gluten free oyster sauce (about 2 tsps).

11.Cook at medium heat and keep stirring for about another 3 or 4 minutes and the color turns a bit brown. Transfer the chicken to a bowl/plate.

12.Clean the pan and then add oil (about 1 tsp) and garlic to the pan at medium heat and stir about 30 seconds.

13. Put the peppers in the pan, stir about 2 minutes.

14.Reduce the heat to low and add the chicken, stir about 1 or 2 minutes.

15. Transfer the chicken and pepper to the bowl and serve. Enjoy!
