Hello friends! Today, I made rainbow rice. I love rainbows, they make me think of spring and magical things. Winter is long in here so rainbows make me hopeful and think of Spring! Magical Rainbow please bring us Spring soon! 🌷🌳🌿⚘🌻
I also made Seeded Bites. It literally took me only 5 minutes to made them. Those little bites are full of protein, fiber, Vitamin E, Omega 3 and 6, Manganese…great nutrients for our growing and busy kids!

RECIPE:Seeded Bites

Ingredients:
1 piece bread
Sunflower seed butter
Hemp heart seeds
Roasted pumpkin seeds
Roasted sesame seeds
Shredded coconut

Directions:
1.Spread sunflower seed butter on the bread.
2.Sprinkle desired amount of pumpkin seeds,hemp heart seeds,sesame seeds and shredded coconut on the sunflower seed buttered bread. Cut into bite size pieces.
