Hawaiian chicken with vegetables
Turkey barley and vegetable soup

I had been craving Hawaiian chicken since I had a version of it at a restaraunt two months ago. Finally, I decided to make this dish. My family liked it, and I hope you like it too.
Hawaiian Chicken with Vegetables Recipe⬇️

400 Grams chicken ( Diced)
1 Cup fresh or frozen pineapple trunks
1 Big green pepper (Cut into small squares)
3 Mini sweet peppers ( Cut into small squares)
1/4 Onion ( Sliced)
1 TSP vegetable oil
1 TSP ginger (Minced)
1 Green onion (Chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauce mixture:
Pineapple sauce (1 cup frozen/Fresh pineapple chunks + 1/3 cup water, blended in the food processor until smooth)
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP ketchup
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP cornstarch
1. Season the chicken with salt (about 1/2 tsp) & pepper(about 1/2 tsp). 2.Heat oil in a big pan over medium heat, add ginger, stir fry it until you smell the fragrance.
3. Add seasoned chicken, stir fry it until chicken turns white.
4. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, then using a medium low heat, keep stirring for about 3 or 4 minutes .
5. Add pineapple and cook over a medium high heat for about 2 minutes or until the pineapple is warm (If using frozen pineapple )
6. Add peppers and onion and stir fry for about another 2 minutes . Turn off the heat, taste the food, and add some salt if needed. ( I didn’t add more). Transfer it to a plate, garnish with the green onion, and serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!!!
