I made salmon and sweet potato patties for dinner yesterday. It is a very simple recipe, but a little plain. So too add some zest I dipped them in honey mustard sauce. That gave them some zing! I also made some Greek yogurt dip for my kids. Do you like okra? It is so easy to cook with okra. I cooked it with chicken and carrots for this time. I usually cook it with eggs. It is super easy dish to prepare and is very healthy too. Okra contains a good amount of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B, thiamin, niacin, folate and vitamin E. They are very important for children’s physical and mental development. It also has calcium, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron and zinc. I like to eat it because it promotes healthy skin and keeps your skin young and vibrant .
