Overnight Oatmeal Yougurt Cup Recipe:
Vanilla yogurt (about 1/4 cup)
Rolled oats(about1/4 cup)
Milk(Or coconut milk),(about 1/2cup)
Chia seeds (2 or 3 teaspoons)
Hemp heart seeds (2 teaspoons)
Honey/Maple syrup (2 teaspoons)
Ground flaxseed (Optional)
Your favourite fruits
How to make it?
Add the desired amounts of milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds/hemp heart seeds to a container and mix well, cover with a lid. Store in the fridge overnight.Top with ground flaxseed and fruits in the morning.
